FAMILY COTAGE
Easily sleeps up to a family of 6 with one master bedroom and en-suite bathroom plus a twin bedroom and loft bedroom with shared bathroom, large lounge area with fireplace and verandah.
WORLD’S VIEW
The finest cottage on offer. A spacious living area with fireplace open up onto a large verandah plus private pool and garden. Upstairs master with en-suite bathroom and outside bath with stunning views on the verandah. The downstairs room can be made up as a double or twin, offering a stunning bathroom and outdoor shower.
OUR RATES
Rates include accommodation, conservancy fee, all meals including breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner (lunch on either arrival or departure), local alcoholic and soft drinks, and all in house activities including horse riding, game drives, guided walks, mountain biking and fishing to name a few.
Excluded is shop purchases, gratuities and transfers.

TERMS + POLICIES
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Bookings made by tour operators or travel agents will only be considered confirmed if the operator responsible is holding a minimum of 20% as a deposit. Should clients cancel once booking is confirmed, this 20% must be paid to us. Direct clients bookings will only be confirmed by us once we have received a 20% deposit. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing and the 20% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation 90 days prior to arrival: 50% of total invoice cost will be due. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival: 90% will be forfeited. We suggest that you take out travel insurance as soon as you have made your booking in the event of an unforeseen cancellation that you are at least covered.
ADULT POLICY
When couples are travelling on their own, they will not be required to have sundowners or dinners with guests travelling with children younger than 12 year of age. Couples can easily request private sundowners and private dinners.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
The various family units and all deluxe rooms can accommodate children with their parents. Cots are available for infants. A special menu is available for kids or dinners can be enjoyed together as a family. Special activities can be arranged for kids whilst their parents are out on other activities. Children of any age can join their parents on activities. Under 4 year old’s will only be able to go out on a pony/lead rein in the vicinity of the lodge and not on longer outrides.

SPECIAL INTEREST SAFARIS
Guests can book a specialised safari/occasion, these could vary from 50th birthday themed parties, sculpture/photography/birding/yoga weeks. Whatever the occasion might be, we will be able to accommodate you.

WEDDING PACKAGES
Every aspect of this special occasion will be taken care of by us. From a very small intimate affair on the mountain top or a more elaborate party where both bush homes can be booked. Please contact us for our wedding package.
CREDIT CARDS
We do accept Master or Visa cards at the lodge for extras, should you not be able to make a direct transfer for accommodation we are able to offer you this facility at an extra 3%.
PRIVATE GUIDE
Should guests wish to be guaranteed of a private safari we recommend a private guide (preferably booked prior to their arrival). The cost of the private guide is per day and regardless of the number of guests. The rate is based on one activity in the morning and one in the afternoon. Contact us for daily rate.

There are a variety of additional activities on and off the property. These include: Massages – Wine tasting – Star gazing – Big 5 game drive – Town visit/shopping/cultural trips
