Dinning at Ant’s is always a memorable experience, our fusion of scrumptious home cooking and fine dining is carefully prepared by our chefs, using the best fresh produce available. One of Ant’s highlights is the incredible number of dining rooms we have, you may find lunch laid out in the bush, dinner around a fire in the boma or next to the pool, breakfast on the deck or under a tree in the garden. We pride ourselves in ensuring each meal is in a different location, weather dependent of course. Guests can eat together in a relaxed atmosphere, alternatively should you be on a romantic getaway or family safari you are welcome to have private dinners. The chefs can cater for all dietary requirements (from Celiac’s to vegans) as well as simple children’s menus, should you require this. We also serve a selection of excellent South African wines.
The day normally starts with tea and coffee brought to your room as your wakeup call at a time of your choice, followed with a continental or fully cooked breakfast. Around midday we serve a light lunch, with a variety of salads and other delicious dishes, followed by high-tea prior to your afternoon game viewing. A scrumptious three-course dinner or barbeque rounds off the day. Should you have any special requests, such as birthday cakes or the desire to try more traditional South African meals, please advise us on arrival and we will endeavour to make your wishes come true.
